In my hands I hold your heart
mesmerized by what it contains
God's perfect work of art
forever in my hands it remains.

A very special part of me
for it allows me to see
The love you have for me
one of life's precious guarantees.



I feel the strength of it's beat
it's what makes my life complete
It beats ever so strong and true
that's one of the things I love about you.

Your heart is one of a kind
such compassion I do find
It beats perfectly in sync
when our hearts are combined.



Nothing in this world compares
with what your heart shares
When it comes to you and I
the love it forever supplies.

Your heart I will forever hold
even when I am very old
I will never ever let it go
your love my heart will always know.
