~~ A Prayer For Hannah ~~

In front of us is our precious little baby girl
Our own angel whom we adore and love
A blessing given to us from the Heavens above
She is all that our hearts can see and think of.

As the days and the nights slowly pass us by
We fight back the tears we try so hard not to cry
To see our little Hannah go through what she has to
Makes us feel so helpless that we do not know what to do.

Prayers are being said every second, minute, hour of the day
In hopes God hears the words to Him in which we pray
From our family we do not want her to be taken away
For her love has brightened our life in so many ways.

We know this is a very selfish request to bring to you
But we know you have our little Hannah close in your view
We do not know how much longer you plan on keeping her here
And our hearts cannot help but to be consumed with nothing but fear.

She is the song our hearts hear each and every day
What a sweet melody her love continues to play
Won't you please God send a miracle our way
So our little Hannah with us here can stay.

This poem was written especially for David and Aline as they sit by
their only child's bedside, 3 year old Hannah.
Hannah is in the last of her earthly days due to a malignant brain tumour.
Please keep David, Aline and sweet little Hannah in your
thoughts and prayers.

Thank you so very much Pamela for writing this special poem
for David and Aline.
