From whence she came I do not know,
with silken hair and silent talk.
Still she comes to me with silken slippers,
and upon my heart does walk.
Dress of wispy silk, no rings upon her hands,
At night I long for her embrace once more,
while gazing 'cross lonely barren lands.
No peace have I since my heartbreak long ago,
at peace with life I cannot stay.
Come you back to wait for me,
though I have long since gone away.
Circumstance and misfortune,
claimed our hope filled life,
I still yearn for you close to me,
and to make you my beloved wife.
To this day if you listen when clock
strikes nine and three,
you can hear the sobs from my heart for my
lovely ghost of Waverly.
