I was born and raised in the state of Louisiana, but currently reside in the state of Tennessee.
I am married to David and between us we have six children and fifteen grandchildren.

I started doing websites for people after the loss of my oldest grandson Michael
who accidentally drowned June 13, 1997, at the age of seven.
I am also known as Lady J of Lady J's Web Designs.
 
In January of 2005, after being the webmistress for several poets I decided I would try
writing after a little coaxing from Valentyne Lang and Elaine Hall.
I hope everyone that reads my poetry will receive a blessing.

I let my mind wander when I sit down to write and sometimes what I write about amazes me.
I have a lot to learn about writing poetry and I hope one day to be as good as my fellow poets.
